All images and website content are Intellectual Property and owned and copyrighted to ©Veroniqua Alexy. All rights reserved. Derivative works and other unauthorised copying or use of images and content is expressly prohibited.

The image cannot be copied or reproduced by electronic or any other means. No image or part thereof may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form, or by any means, electronic or mechanical and cannot be changed and/or altered in any way whatsoever.

The image cannot be used as a reference for artistic paintings and reproduction.

Any unauthorised image usage and content will be vigorously pursued, including where appropriate, through legal action and any person(s) distributing or selling unauthorized prints will also be subject to legal action.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD).

Please note that our prices, availability and terms of offers may change without notice. Correct prices and promotions are validated at your time of purchase. Despite our utmost care, in rare occurrences a small number of items may contain pricing or typography errors.

Shipping Information

All prints are shipped from Perth, Western Australia.

Rolled Canvas: Rolled canvas is shipped rolled up in a tube. Rolled canvas is available for shipping worldwide.

Stretched Canvas: Stretched canvas is only available for shipping within Australia.

Rolled Fine Art Prints: Fine art prints are shipped rolled up in a tube. Rolled fine art prints are available for shipping worldwide.

Expected shipping time: 5 to 10 business days (please allow more time for international orders)

Delivery Information

Our delivery charges include postage, packaging and insurance for your extra peace of mind.

Refund & Returns Policy

Utmost care is taken with email, phone and internet orders to ensure you are totally satisfied with your product. Sometimes errors and accidents unfortunately do occur. Notification of faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our department as soon as possible following your order being delivered. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. Returns and refunds are generally done on a case by case basis, so if you are in any way unhappy with your purchased print please contact us. Once an order has been produced and shipped, excluding prevailing exceptional circumstances, cancellations will incur a fee of up to 100% of payments made. So please ensure you choose your selected print/s carefully. Also please be careful to enter the correct delivery address as goods which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Any freight charges that may have been paid for the original dispatch are not refundable. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. ©Veroniqua Alexy will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
